Taka Rise is different.

Taka Rise is different.

Our focus is on Biostasis. We aim to deliver organ preservation technologies applicable to regenerative medicine, along with biological resource conservation services for humans.

Taka Rise

Targeting a non toxic cryoprotectant solution.
Ensure an optimized freezing method with smooth recovery.
Aim to achieve vitrification, not only for small organs, but also for large organs and entire bodies.
Using cutting edge technology to revive back to room temperature.

Other Cryonics Companies

Use a toxic cryoprotectant solution.
Freezing speed is done in a standard process without much optimization.
No evidence of successful vitrification or preservation of large organs or bodies.
Have no evidence or solution of safe revival.

What is Biostasis?

Biostasis refers to the temporary suspension of metabolic activity―the set of chemical reactions that sustain life. This state is intended to biologically “pause” time, enabling future medical technologies to eventually restore and regenerate life functions.

Step 1: Verification of Vital Cessation

Step 1: Verification of Vital Cessation

The biostasis transition process begins only after legal confirmation of the cessation of life functions―either through organ removal under authorized conditions or the verified absence of respiration and heartbeat.

Step 2: Stabilization Procedure

Step 2: Stabilization Procedure

Immediately after cessation, the organ or individual is rapidly cooled to near-freezing temperatures. To minimize cellular and tissue damage, procedures such as blood removal and perfusion with preparatory solutions are promptly conducted.

Step 3: Cryoprotectant Perfusion

Step 3: Cryoprotectant Perfusion

Next, a specialized solution designed to inhibit ice crystal formation is perfused throughout the organ or body. This prepares the system for long-term preservation through either deep cryogenic storage or advanced drying methods.

Step 4: Cooling or Drying to the Glass Transition

Step 4: Cooling or Drying to the Glass Transition

The organ or whole organism is further cooled in two stages down to liquid nitrogen temperatures (−196 ℃), or subjected to appropriate drying techniques. This process transitions the biological tissues into a vitrified (glass-like) state, in which cellular and tissue-level damage is effectively prevented.

Step 6: Sustainable Recovery

Step 6: Sustainable Recovery

The organ or organism will be warmed back to room temperature, using safe and proven methods that allow the organ or organism to regain function.

This isn't sci-fi.

It's science, in motion.
